Gatewood Neighborhood Program Area

The Gatewood Neighborhood Program Area consists of several subdivisions located within the area of Broadway Blvd., Oates Rd., Wynn Joyce Rd., and Duck Creek Dr.  The neighborhood consists of several subdivisions that were developed over a broad range of time.

On February 16, there will be a kick off meeting where all the neighbors of the Gatewood Neighborhood Program area are invited to the Audubon Recreation Center at 10:00 AM (there is a 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM social time scheduled to get to know other neighbors).  At the meeting, neighbors will be able to discuss what concerns they have for their neighborhood.

In the coming months, there will be a series of informational meetings to discuss the issues facing Gatewood Neighborhood Program Area in more depth.   The City will arrange for speakers and facilitators to provide for an exchange of ideas.

What’s Happening Right Now?

A team of staff members has been formed to study the neighborhood and review possible issues.  The team is currently preparing for the Kick Off Meeting.
